P90X 2 Exercises Workout Review Phase I
This is my P90X 2 exercises workout review for Phase I. I am in my fifth week of P90X 2 as I write this post, and I plan on completing a total of six weeks in Phase I before I move onto Phase II. My philosophy is to check your ego at the door. Some people may be ready to move to Phase II after three weeks, but I’m still getting something out of the P90X2 exercises in Phase I.
One of the big differences between P90X and P90X 2 is the trainer (Tony Horton) trusts you to know your own body and fitness level. In P90X, there’s a set schedule moving through three phases with a set and equal number of weeks for each phase. In P90X 2, you should already have a fitness base. You can hang out more or less time in each phase depending on your own progress as assessed by you. Having said that, I could move on to Phase II. I am choosing to stay in Phase I for a full six weeks.
The P90X2 exercises in Phase I are awesome. I haven’t been able to master all the moves. I’m not saying that I need to master all the moves, but as long as I am increasing my balance, strength, and endurance from the P90X2 exercises in Phase I…why not?
With each P90X2 workout, I feel stronger. I especially love the Warrior 3 variations. For example, some of the P90X2 exercises are warrior 3 tricep exenstions, warrior 3 curls, warrior 3 row press, and warrior 3 squats! I also like all the moves that involve side planks. Let’s just say my core, glutes, and abs are gaining strength with every P90X2 workout.
Here’s a quick P90×2 review for Phase I:
Day 1: X2 Core
Day 2: Plyocide
Day 3: Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility
Day 4: X2a Total Body & X2 Ab Ripper
Day 5: X2 Yoga
Day 6: X2 Balance + Power
Day 7: Rest or X2 Recovery + Mobility
Each P90X 2 workout is about 60 minutes long and includes the best stretching warm up I’ve seen in any of the Beachbody Workouts I’ve done, including P90X. Don’t be surprised if you’re twenty minutes into your P90X 2 workout before you actually get out of the warm up phase!
The best thing about P90X 2 in my opinion is I am not getting bored, and I am seeing progress every week. I use a band, med balls, a stability ball, and five pound weights. We are not using heavy weights to do lawn mower exercises like we did in P90X. The P90X 2 workouts are about getting stronger, engaging the stabilizer muscles, and pushing yourself to do incredible things that you struggle with in the beginning.
The P90X 2 workout program will be high on my list of favorite Beachbody workouts. I will probably try to mix some Turbofire with P90X 2 sometime this summer after I finish my initial P90X2 program.
Have you ordered your P90X 2, yet? I’d love to hear your thoughts on the P90X2 exercises and your P90X 2 workout review of Phase I.

Beachbody Coach Scam
Congratulations, you are doing your due diligence learning everything you can about this home business opportunity and whether it is a way for you to grow a fitness business or just a hyped up Beachbody P90X Coach scam. I know I was concerned before I became a coach because I had tried other “home business opportunities” and found them lacking in their promises.
Hey, you can always work for someone else or maybe even invest major dollars into a small franchise if you are not a risk taker. I guess what I’m trying to say is there is always a risk with any home business and there are no guaranteed levels of income. I can tell you that you are smart for doing your investigative work to see if this is just a Beachbody Coach scam. Of course, you already know the outcome of my own research. I’ve been a part time Beachbody Coach since 2008. No more eBay auctions or paltry affiliate sales commissions for me!
Since I’ve been a Beachbody Coach for a while, I can tell you from my own experience that this is NOT a Beachbody Coach scam. Team Beachbody offers you a unique opportunity to get fit, help others get fit and earn money doing it. I work full time and coach part time to supplement my income, but I know plenty of folks who quit their jobs and do this business full time.
Maybe you’ve heard that the Team Beachbody business opportunity is a multi-level marketing, network marketing, pyamid scheme. Obviously, whoever told you this didn’t do their due diligence when they suggested that this opportunity was a Beachbody Coach scam.
Yes, Team Beachbody’s business model is a multi-level marketing, network marketing just like Avon, Mary Kay, Silpada, Creative Memories and other huge direct sales home business companies. The MLM model is actually a great model for representatives with opportunities to earn in many different ways. You might still be concerned about this being a Beachbody Coach scam if you think it’s a pyramid scheme though, so let me talk about that.
Most businesses are built with a pyramid structure which means a lot of people working on the bottom with fewer and fewer people on the top. An illegal pyramid is structured to reward participants for recruiting new members and has no real product being sold. Think about it. Team Beachbody sells the nation’s most popular fitness programs, including P90X, Turbofire, Insanity, and Hip Hop Abs and a line of nutritional products that support weight loss and improved fitness. Beachbody spends millions of dollars each year to promote these products, and their coaches reap the benefits through commissions and bonuses. I think you’ll agree with me that this isn’t a Beachbody or P90X Coach scam.
You might read an occasional blog that reports this incredible home business opportunity as a Beachbody Coach scam. Do you research and consider the reasons someone might want to bash a company. Sometimes, it’s because they were once a coach and didn’t follow the company policies which caused them to get booted from the company because they didn’t follow the rules. Usually, these are people who are now involved with another company and just want to build their new business by stepping on competitive businesses such as Team Beachbody.
Beachbody Coach scam? P90X Coach scam? Start your research on the business, and you may just realize like I did that this is an incredible home fitness business opportunity and NOT a Beachbody Coach scam.

Say Yes to the Beachbody Coach Business Opportunity or Play the Stock Market?
I sat in an all day seminar yesterday and listened to some great leaders like Rudy Giuliani, Lou Holtz, Laura Bush, and Colin Powell. I thought about the Beachbody Coach Business Opportunity as I listened to each speaker. After listening to one of the seminar speakers talk for about 45 minutes on how to outperform the stock market, I was certain I had made the right decision to become a coach. Let me share my thoughts with you on why I said yes to the Beachbody Coach business opportunity.
Made Sense to Me
I said yes to the Beachbody Coach business opportunity because it made sense for me. An opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses while building a business that would give me residual income meant I could build a part time income now and a retirement for my future.
Working for an employer is no longer working for me. I am making $6,000 less than I was over ten years ago. I haven’t had a raise in five years. My benefits are minimal. I don’t have a savings, pension, or retirement plan. I don’t even have life insurance. Like many Americans in today’s economy, I live pay check to pay check hoping I don’t lose my job because job security isn’t there for anyone anymore. That is what I liked about the Beachbody Coach business opportunity.
I initially said yes to the Beachbody Coach business opportunity so I could earn a part time income. My goal was to earn an extra $100 per month. I had successful selling products on eBay and earning about $100 per month. I wanted to sell P90X on eBay but learned that Beachbody does not authorize its products to be sold on auction sites.
That’s how I was introduced to the Beachbody Coach business opportunity. I learned I could retail P90X and other Beachbody workouts, but I could not sell them on auction sites.
The Beachbody Coach Business Opportunity
I work the Beachbody Coach business opportunity part time, but I am working on my future now. I like to say I’m working on my retirement. You see, I listened to a guy talk to me for forty five minutes about how to invest and outperform the stock market. I don’t like charts. I don’t like that much uncertainty with my money.
In the end, I learned this speaker was actually a polished salesman. He was trying to get us to sign up for a two day seminar. The cost of the stock market investment course was a mere $1210 but of course they’d discount it to $99 for us. The cost for access to the resource website was $39 per month, and he’d be willing to give us three months free. Again, I thought about how fortunate I was to find the Beachbody Coach business opportunity.
The Beachbody Coach business opportunity has a start up cost of less than $40 which sets you up with three websites. The monthly service fee is $14.95 which covers website hosting, customer service, shipping, fulfillment, accounting….everything you need to run your business. Plus, I get to talk about products I enjoy and believe in.
With the Beachbody Coach Business Opportunity
With the Beachbody Coach business opportunity, you don’t have to have special skills. You have people who help you along. The people above you actually care about your success. It’s not like working for an employer with layers of supervisors and managers who make you feel like unimportant.
Back to the stock market though – even if I loved numbers and could stomach the thought of $39 per month to use a website that might help me grow my money over a period of time, I’m 45! Let’s face it, I don’t have twenty years to try to make my fortune. The Beachbody Coach business opportunity gives me a way to build up residual income that lasts a lifetime. This is my retirement. This is how I make part time income. This is how I give myself a pay raise in today’s economy. I believe in the Beachbody Coach business opportunity.
