Beachbody workout programs include strength training, cardio, core and flexibility exercises combined with nutrition guidance, online support and free coaching. Extreme Workouts

Not all workout programs are made the same. Some fitness programs are great for helping you lose weight. Others are designed to help you build muscle mass or stengthen and tone lean muscle. You might be looking for a program to help you reduce cholestorol levels or help your condition if you’re a Diabetic. But, if you’re already working out and looking for a challenge, you’ll want to check out one of Beachbody’s extreme fitness workout programs.

Shaun T, known for his Hip Hop Abs dance workouts, came on the extreme scene recently with his 60 day intense max cardio interval program known as Insanity. In 2011, he released an advanced 30 day sports conditioning program called Insanity The Asylum.

Tony Horton introduced us to P90X, P90X+ and Tony Horton’s monthly One on One DVDs. The One on One subscription is now called P90X One on One and gives you a sneak peak at Tony’s P90X sequel. No, it won’t be called P90nXt (or P90 Next or P90Xd). It is coming in the fall of 2011 and will be entitled P90X:MC2. MC2 will incorporate more plyometric training. In the meantime, try out some of the new moves with P90X One on One.

Chalene Johnson pushed up the intensity from her popular Turbo Jam to her Chalene Extreme! program that is designed to replace fat with muscle. While Turbo Jam is a full body workout, it is primarily focused on cardio and weight loss. ChaLean Extreme focuses on burning fat and replacing it with muscle. It is a strength training program that I personally think is awesome for women. Chalene’s newest program, TurboFire, is an extreme cardio program that incorporates the science of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Can you take the heat?

Not everyone is ready for pumping up the intensity to one of these extreme fitness routines.
